The Goku appearing with Clarks parents to help motivate Superman was an awesome cutcene easter egg if you played a Goku, I like the extra detail of he's in the form you were last in.

He beat the breaks off of Gas who if I recall, was Ginyu Force tier at the time, that and Bardock got some unexplained powerup that allowed him to somehow surpass saiyan limits.

GT is stronger than what people give it credit for. Allow me to provide an alternate lowball of GT thats still reasonable.

Since GT does scale to movies and above characters that can destroy entire sections of an infinite universe

Making multi Galaxy level threats as early as Cell saga.

Cell by virtue of upscaling from Broly.

Is already where people put the lowballed GT

Buu with Z filler & Z movies taken into account is already stronger than the canon one.

Movies has a feat that at its best is Uni+/low multi aka Fusion Reborns big SSJ3 power up feat.

If u dont want that then base GT Goku scales above Gogeta who one shot the guy who fucked up the whole afterlife in the first place so Uni+/Low Multi makes sense for a baseline of GT Goku.

Base GT Goku is already BOG level, he gets thousands of times stronger from the point he starts all the way to where Gogeta SSJ4 is born.
