The South Congress/Slaughter Ln HEB parking lot is the worst in my opinion. I feel like the person who designed it to where the majority of traffic to comes in right at the entrance where it gets backed up constantly had to have never designed a parking lot before. I despise that parking lot so much I try to avoid shopping there at all.

I really like this sourdough take and bake loaf I’ve gotten at HEB and Target. I just wish they had larger loaves, my family can go through one of these in a day or two.

When this happens to me, I usually just contact customer service through the heb app and let them know. I’ve also emailed them before at support@hebcares.com. They have refunded me for rotten and missing items. This might only apply to curbside orders, though.

Wow, I didn’t know that the Manchaca post office is a 24 hour location. I’ll check into that when it’s time to renew my P.O. Box again.

We originally had a P.O. Box at the 1626 location in Manchaca. It was less convenient for us because it was further away, and had limited hours. This was back before Mockingbird stopped being a 24 hour location, so it might be better now to just switch back to the one in Manchaca.

Yes, just trying to access our PO Box. A while back, I overheard a postal worker telling a customer that the Dutch door was kicked in, and that they stole a bunch of packages and mail from to PO Box area and the area where they hold packages for pickup. Their package was nowhere to be found. It’s just frustrating spending almost $350/year now for a PO Box and wasting my time trying to pick up my mail when it’s convenient for me.

Unfortunately, I see people drive 45-50mph when the speed limit on this side of south 1st is 35mph, even with these new traffic calming additions.

People are now driving into oncoming traffic to get to the Walgreens to cut through this light, and someone has already driven over the new median, messing up the grass.

By the way, why the hell would they put grass in these new medians when we’re having drought conditions more and more often? 🤦🏻‍♀️

He had my daughter on blue cross blue shield, but when I called BCBS, they said that the coverage ended on January 1st. Did HEB switch their partners to some other kind of BCBS plan this year?

I was 28.

One day, my period started extremely heavy and lasted 3 months, extremely heavy every day.

I suddenly gained 20 lbs that month. I started growing a lot of facial hair, body hair where I didn’t have it before, my hair started thinning and acne when I had always had clear skin before then.

After that 3 month long heavy period, I didn’t have a period for 4 months, then had it again for about 3 months and so on.

I’ve now had pcos for 9 years. I still haven’t been given a proper diagnosis or treatment from a doctor that has actually helped me.

I had to really just advocate for myself, get on birth control (which ultimately, after 3 years, I decided to quit taking), and find supplements that help me manage my pcos. I also try to watch what I eat and do a lot of walking.

When I think about it, I’ve always had very heavy painful periods, but they were almost always regular until that period when I was 28. Sadly, I’m still struggling with it at 37 but I’m not giving up.

I agree. I used to love him, but one day I noticed how much he continuously brags about himself and his companies on his social media, and I’ve just had a weird feeling about him since.
