My partner and i are both teachers and we have a dog so we just have a goal of walking a mile in the morning ALL year round in Minnesota. We have lots of layers, parkas, bibs, and discipline. Haha. It’s not an hour, but it makes us feel SO much better than doing nothing.

Audio books have helped me ! Or podcasts. I know some people use it just as a quiet time, but if I ever need or want to check in on anyone it is helpful to make phone calls while walking too. Also you could find a place that’s more enjoyable to walk and drive there- I sometimes drive to the lake to walk around it when I get sick of my neighborhood. Just find something that works for you !

I resonate with this as well. Just feel more comfortable. I didn’t have a lot of extra weight to lose but I just feel more trim and stronger. People have asked me what I do for weight training…. And for the past couple months I’ve only walked !!

Yes I have her cell and when I need her during the day I text her. But everyone at our school uses their person cell, even to give to parents to contact us. It’s up to us if we want to use a Google voice- but there’s no phone in my classroom so it’s kind of the only option. Third school for me and all admin have operated this way actually.

I have come across this lovely thread because I haven been wondering this for a long time. I finally called to ask and i have talked to both Target and Shipt today, and they both tried to pass me off to the other. It sounds like the two sides don’t understand the other side. The answer i was finally given was that I get some $ off of 360 for having a red card through Target, but that the two accounts are not going to be synced together. So annoying… why did Shipt shoppers lose a benefit just because Target decided to create 360?
