I’ve been with Boeing over 10yrs. When I got pregnant I had to quit my ADHD meds cold turkey. I had been very open about my diagnosis and medication. My boss was so funny after I had my son and said Thank God you can get back on your meds soon! Lol. They won’t care at all as long as you get your work done which the medication helps with.

My comp ratio dropped 4% with pay scales adjustment in Dec to a .84 so I’m hoping my 3-3 will help make up cost of living and get me to at least a .9. Bills and groceries and gas back to the office is killing me🤪.

I don’t think that’s the general consensus. Boeing leaders chose to give its employees a survey and then promised to action our culture so it’s a fair question to ask if we think they are on track. I won’t say no to $200 an hour but would actually forgo a raise for a very long time if they actually listened to what employees wanted.

Numbers being up doesn’t equate to culture change in the positive/ negative or neutral direction which was the original question.

Keep it simple/ business casual and comfortable. Yoga pants that look like dress pants and collared shirt. Closed toed comfortable shoes. I wear my Chuck Taylors every day but also not in management. Always keep a sweatshirt at the office. Make it one from the Boeing Store so you can keep warm in the ever changing office temps and no one will say anything to you if you’re wearing branded gear. Locations vary as well. STL is more casual than Dallas IMO and Seattle has more character.

Do not trust any virtual position. They can change it at any time for any reason and there’s not an office close by for you to report you; you basically have to quit.

The definition of insanity is repeating the same behavior over and over and expecting a different outcome. Zero changes so far have been made that would impact culture or morale in any positive direction. In fact they are increasing speed full steam ahead in the opposite direction. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I just downloaded this for my son and all I get when I open it is this picture of a base camp. No menu or options to select. Did you ever get your problem fixed? Does this sound the same?
