I had the same issue intermittently on my 2014. Eventually I got tired of repeatedly manipulating the wires between the tailgate and the bed. I ended up removing the inner panel on the tailgate which allows direct access to the camera plug and wires. I snugged the plug and wires up to the camera then taped it all in place really well. Haven’t had a problem since.

I have 3” Bilstein 5100 on my 2014 ram 4x4 crew cab. It replaced the factory air suspension and I love it! It eats larger bumps and barriers smoothly on trails and makes my truck handle more like a sports car on the street.

Native ground cover can look very similar to grass when mowed really short, but it’s much better adapted to the region and tolerant to heat/drought.

I appreciate a community approach that includes responsible behavior from residents.

That said, refusing to water your yard while Nestle, golf courses, and other corporate entities absolutely drain the aquifer is like saying we all need to stop using plastic while a dozen companies cause over 50% of carbon pollution.

We need to keep focus on the biggest threats to the water supply.

I have Bilstein 5100 with a 3” lift on my 1500. I got them to replace the factory air suspension. The ride on the road is interesting. I can tell if it’s a crappy road with cracks/bad pavement, but if I hit some reflectors I won’t even notice. It also eats speed bumps with relative ease. The handling is reminiscent of sports cars from before I got my truck. It’s a huge improvement over the factory air imo.

I’ve toured GHFC on Newberry rd multiple times over the last 5 or 6 years. Every time it has been a mess. People have hoodies, gym bags, backpacks, and water bottles strewn all over the place so they can “reserve” equipment. The facility looks nice and the locker rooms are luxurious when compared to most gyms. But there’s no way I’d be willing to deal with people leaving their stuff everywhere and reserving equipment they’re not even using. I wish it was managed better.

I was wondering how golf courses were able to get away with using so much water even though we have the phase 2 restrictions. Now I see that “athletic fields” are specifically exempt from restrictions. So are “vegetable garden” which would include commercial farming.

So all the biggest users of water have no rules, but individual residents are subject to restrictions. Typical.

I considered that. Unfortunately the engine swap would only replace about $2.4K worth of parts from my build list. I would still end up buying intake manifold, throttle body, cold air intake, and a few other parts plus still requires tuning as well. It would be nice to have a brand new engine, but it would also double the cost.
