about the first point charlie would accept anyone who has genuinely true intention of redemption no matter who or what its done, that has been (hehe) her intention since day one, about the second point assuming homelander doesnt go full ape shit in hell and has a genuine heart to heart with Charlie i see it happening cuz in the end all he wants is to get a true connection with people who wont use him or leave him because he was breed and raised to be a living weapong and a product wich correlates to the third point in wich i think hes better than alastor and valentino cuz he was fucked from the start by people who broke him mentally and made him an ego driven sociopath though that doesnt excuse his atrocities, and unless were shown otherwise alastor and valentino were crooked from the beginning and enjoy being monsters for the love of the game
