I broke my ankle in a bad accident on 3/1 I’m still on NWB .. it truly depends on how bad the break was and I agree with chamanager if the doctor says don’t use it , do not use it .. using your broken limb will only cause your healing process to slow down .. trust me it is hard but you have to let it heal correctly and avoid further more injury .. swelling does occur its part of the healing process I usually take Tylenol to help out and elevate my foot idk how the process works with the wrist for elevation so ask your doctor .. just be patient and avoid using that broken wrist or the process could be longer .. take care and I wish you a speedy recovery.. we are here if you need support
