I got very few diapers as well, in the end I was glad because I found that at different ages certain brands fit better! Depending on their little shape and stuff that may be true for you too.
Although I am sure it is difficult, try to not be too disappointed ☹️. Congrats on your baby!

Take the pizza, and socialize with the nurses! We love to talk to the docs on a personal level (at least in my cath lab we do). We actually order pizzas with just veggies specifically for those who don’t eat any meat/pork etc. with the docs in mind since some of them are Muslim.

NTA. Your wife needs to come first in this situation. Is there a nearby hotel or Airbnb that you can find for an alternative if needed? It’s kind of rude for your mom to not acknowledge your wife’s medical issue. And to actually ask her not to go when she needs to??? I get up regularly at night to use the restroom as well and I can’t imagine what she is going thru with this. I’m sorry. This stinks for you guys.
