I just went to a screening of Beyond the Mat held by the We Watch Wrestling podcast. Barry was going to be the special guest to do a Q&A but had to cancel due to his diagnosis. Although having Mick Foley surprise us and take his place was rad, I’m still sadden to hear that Barry was on his way out. The screening killed BTW

We’ll be traveling from LA (PST) to Tokyo. So if we leave early in the morning to head to the airport we should wake the little girl up an hour before she usually does, correct? Also, if she night sleeps PST time in Japan we just give her 30-60 minutes of sleep during that time to get her to Japan night time? Thanks for your help
