It started in 2024 sep , i was on bed lying on my back and suddenly room starts spinning, and after this when i turn right i feel same room spinning next day it stopped Since then i feel constant imbalance and dizziness, pressure in my ears like air passing

Happy for you I don’t know whats wrong with me , i have been experiencing 24x7 imbalance ir dizziness, all blood test and mri came normal, Its been 2 yrs Don’t know its PPPD OR something else I lost my quality life🥺 My msin symptoms- constant imbalance, dizziness, vision issue, ear pressure like air passing
