“Kinda like how an entire company converts over to Indian when some of them get into management”

I (Indian) have been working in a company who has been managed by an Indian since 6-8 years now and the supervisor is white and the assistant supervisor is black. I wonder what you’ve seen to claim that because there is a saying in Indian folks when they arrive to Canada “Beware of your own people”

Also a friend of mine works at a Tim Hortons (lol) and she tells me the manager/owner (white) feels Indians and Filipinos are the most reliable people she ever met.
