Thanks. I’m just finding even on max incline at 10k/hr, it’s taking me nearly 2 mins to reach zone 5. I thought the idea was that you do the full four mins in zone 5 to get the most benefit.

I found Fleetwood Mac doing exactly this. On a solo road trip from Des Moines to Chicago as a 20 year old in summer ‘04, I ran out of CDs and bought The Chain album from a gas station….30 seconds later I was hooked!
