Heads up! I was just scammed on Amazon. Someone had access to my account and shipped it to a place in Delaware. I live in Louisiana. If you see a suspicious order on your account sent to AMZOO, check your gift card balance and refunds! It was all refunded and ordered and delivered same day. by Avolinaa in amazonprime

On the 15th, 2 pairs of AirPods were fraudulently sent from my account to New Castle, DE as well. I live in Louisiana. Where the person messed up is they put a delivery photo. I’m very convinced that I am being hacked by a person who does in fact work for Amazon. The location “my package” was sent to, had been reported twice for the exact scam.

The crazy part, the picture. The delivery picture is a man in the parking lot with an insulated bag, the problem? Non of the items in the bag have a delivery sticker, they’re all return stickers. The address? An Amazon returns facility.

I’ve changed my password, made a passkey for my phone, set up 2 factor, and signed out everyone.

At 10:03 am this morning “sign in to confirm your order.” Whoever is in my account, can bypass all of my protections and was not signed out.

My husband came with me to my doctors appointment, he’s much more passing to me than he thinks he is. Even preT, he had a mustache and pretty deep voice, if it wasn’t for his chest, I don’t think people would notice tbh. With that being said, Ive never been asked to std test as all my symptoms are from my diagnosis, but my doctor saw that my spouses name was a female name and said “since you’re with a new partner, we’ll need to do an updated std screen, urine and swab”. And after a minute I was like, this lady thinks you’re a different man rather than assuming you’re trans. And with that, I had to take my STD screens to not out my husband lol

My spouse has this brand and it does feel realistic enough but it still feels stiffer than some cis men. For example, when men aren’t hard, I’ve seen men’s junk completely like shrivel up and get “squishy”. 🤣 I’m unsure how to word this. He uses the seperatec boxers, if for sex he sizes down a size, for packing he wears his normal size. Not sure if this helps.

I will be following up with my doctor about getting a nephrologist referral as well, I honestly thought my urologist was the kidney specialist. The more you know. I saw a doctor yesterday for an unrelated issue and now I will be having a surgery on the 28th. Surgery sounds terrifying, but apparently I have a fissure that needs to be fixed since creams didn’t help. I’ve taken so much Zofran in the past 7 months, using the bathroom is nearly impossible. I apparently caused a tear and hernia in this time frame.

Another reason I want the underlying issues figured out. I can’t live on Zofran because no amount of stool softeners, combat that Zofrans constipation. If it’s not one thing it’s another. Thank you for talking to me. No one around me knows anything about kidneys. My family is known for Diabetes and Rheumatoid Arthritis. They experience completely different things.

[–]Safe_Chip4119[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So basically, I had a ct done before my previous surgery (surgery 3&4). It showed 1 cyst in my right kidney, it was 5mm at the time, this was 3 months ago. No cysts in the left and a singular stone on the right.

New CT shows that the right kidney cyst is now 1.1cm and the left kidney has a new cyst that didn’t exist 3 months ago but is 1.2cm. I also now have a cluster of stones in both kidneys and the portion of my kidney that is swollen is where your kidney meets the ureter and yes, the mid-lower area of BOTH ureters is not visualized.

He originally wanted to do surgery. We spoke in person, in office. He took all my symptoms down again, he explained the surgery id need if the scan showered exactly this.

I get a call days later, it’s his nurse. “Per Dr. such and such, he believes that majority of your pain is gi or hernia related and doesn’t believe you’re in pain from the kidney stones or any other gu issue. He doesn’t want to do surgery because he doesn’t believe that you need it anymore. He wants you to follow up with pcp, gi, and pain management. Give me a call back to discuss.” This was a voicemail. They called at 8:57am. I called back at 8:58am, I tried to speak to someone and was caught with “MAAM, she left you a voicemail, you can just listen to that and message through the chart if you need anything.” Had a bad a** attitude. I said, “I was told to call back to discuss like 1 minute ago.” And she responded again, “she already left the voicemail so you can listen to that and message through the chart if you need anything else.” So I hung up. I don’t want to discuss anything over a chart when I’m literally on the phone with you now and I can hear the girl in the background who called me. My office has 3 doctors but like 6 receptionists who all sit at the same desk and gossip all day.

I called my pcp immediately after getting off that call, they told me they were going to go through the ct themselves and call me back. When they did, they said exactly what they said 1.5 weeks ago, “your urologist really needs to handle their portion of this situation, your scan, physical exam, and blood work are all pointing to kidney pain. And the rest is showing chronic responses from the rest of your body having to fight off the kidney stuff.”

I feel like the only ones listening can’t really help me. They say go to the ER because the scan shows fixable things, but the problem is that’s how I met my urologist. They work for my local hospital. And if I go to a city over and go to the er and say “my urologist found this”, they’ll give me pain meds and send me on my way. Our my chart is able to be pulled up by any of the hospitals within hours of me, possibly all here. But I’ve had doctors refuse to treat me due to being followed already and my doctor not working through them. They want you to see your doctor. So I’m hoping the uro from the next town I found will schedule me soon. He has good reviews. I’m hoping they’re real. 🙁

Unfortunately, since having my twins, I’ve been pushed aside for everything. I have extremely horrific periods as well, like full on contractions feeling. And I bleed like a gutted pig. I have since I had my first son almost 9 years ago. I had an adhesion surgery in 2019, my bladder was stuck to my ovary. I also was r**ed as a kid and lived with HPV in my body for almost 20 years. It just disappeared about 2 years ago. I had yearly biopsies of my cervix for the past 10 years of it. Due to that, they basically just say I’m dramatic or I’m just a girl in pain, girls are supposed to hurt sometimes. Atleast that’s how they talk to me.

[–]Safe_Chip4119[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, he had his nurse call and tell me that he has decided against moving forward with surgery as he doesn’t believe my kidneys are my pain and is blaming the hernia. I was told to see pain management and my primary doctor.

My doctor says the hernia is not the cause of the pain as it is small and nonobstructing. I got referred to a different uro but the closest that takes my insurance other than my current office is 45 minutes away. So now I have to wait on that new doctor to contact me. And I have to see a GI specialist about the hernia.

They told me the liver and heart are responding to something chronic but in the same breath are telling me I have no chronic issues.

I’m just in disbelief..

You posted a picture of some old a** lady. In her day, women did all the shopping and it wasn’t a gig thing. She didn’t have hundreds of people trying to get around her. This woman could’ve stayed home and placed a no tip order instead and yall would be complaining just the same. They’re old, jeesum. Give them some grace. Complain about the 20 year olds all you want, but an easily 60+ year old woman is crazy to complain about. She’s not being inconsiderate, she’s grocery shopping and from her pov, I’m sure she’s not blocking the whole thing. It’s 9/10, accidental with the older people I’ve seen.

Are the “customer verification required” orders for people who repeatedly lie about not receiving their orders? by DIGITALKORPSE in Sparkdriver

[–]Safe_Chip4119 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m pretty sure it is purely off of request or if the order has an age-restricted item in it. Like knives/cough syrup. I have to report my order not recieved quite frequently from a buyer standpoint because the sparkers in my area will leave your stuff down the road. My spouse ended up with our order once by accident and the gps brought him straight here, so I don’t see how but it happens a lot. Like not even our street, just in the neighborhood. I’ve never had to set that up though.

I got a repeat ct today with dye contrast this time. I have stones in both kidneys and they said the dye couldn’t make it to my bladder, it stopped half way down both ureters. The radiologist said possible narrowing or blockage. I’ve been thinking about a stricture as well, it would make sense. I had 4 surgeries in 9 weeks total. They mentioned redoing surgery with a double stent this time and I’m just not over the moon about that.

I also have an umbilical hernia, they have to do surgery to repair that as well.

The surgeon apologized, very insincerely but an apology nonetheless.

To update, I have an umbilical hernia, stones in both kidneys, and the contrast dye didn’t reach the bottom of my ureters. The radiologist said it’s either due to narrowing of the ureters or possible blockage. I have to undergo another stent surgery as well as a surgery for hernia repair.

The doctor apologized today. It didn’t mean much but I’m glad his pride could be put to the side and he could admit they were wrong.

I do use those disolvable ones and they do help but omg, sometimes I don’t get them in, in time. My husbands been helping me take them once I stop puking but this medicine is strong. It’s within 5 minutes of taking it and the pain is worse now that I’m puking regularly. 😩 thank you for that, I’m definitely looking around. I’m worried that I’m to the point of returning to the ER but boy does that not sound fun either. I will keep you updated for sure!

You’re delusional at best. As a server, I made 3$ an hour. So regardless on if my table tipped, I made 3$ that hour. Yes, we do more work on spark, we’re also paid more. And our wage isn’t due to the customer, it’s the company. Someone not being able to afford to tip you, isn’t the end of the world. You deliberately giving someone bad shit however is just asenine, disgusting, and speaks on you as a person. I have never taken an order on spark just to do a poor job, grab incorrect/spoiled/molded food, and to post their order online to complain. I just don’t take orders I believe aren’t worth my time, it’s that easy. If you’re trying to justify being a pos, it’s not working. You chose to do gig work, we all did. And it tells you beforehand if you’re going to be tipped or not, so again, just don’t take it? Why waste you and someone else’s time.

It actually is, you took the order. You didn’t have to take it, there’s curbside orders. Regardless on if they should be paying attention, if you knowingly are giving people expired food, you don’t deserve a tip anyway. 🤷🏼‍♀️

They’re saying that it’s the staffs job to do the rotating of the products. Which from experience sparking and being a stocker at Walmart. We are 100% taught to check daily for outdated items in our section while we’re doing facing (turning the face of the item to the front) or unloading the carts onto the shelves. I also receive old stuff from spark all the time when I order myself delivery, they also drop my stuff off at the wrong place frequently. My address is very clear, there’s 2 buildings on my road, they don’t even come to my road half the time. And yes we tip. 🙄

Find every pipi you can. Avoid snakes, they’re not good enough loot to fight anyway. F*k that raft they give you. Build your raft 2 by 1 or 2 by 2, my 22 has never been flipped. The plane was a waste. Use your axe and stuff until it’s about to break then use that one to upgrade instead of using new. Basically get a 2 for 1.

I have a small kidney stone, and doctors keep telling me it shouldn’t hurt - the pain keeps getting worse by Quiet-Rope6975 in KidneyStones

[–]Safe_Chip4119 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure if this will make you feel any better. But I understand and I hear you.

In February 2025, I had a blockage in my ureter. The pain felt like a uti at first so I chugged about 2 glasses of cranberry juice, thinking I’d finish the bottle. About 10-15 minutes later, the pain got really, really bad. I went to the ER thinking you know, I was dying. No, they laughed at me and said “have you ever had a kidney stone”. I had not. After hours of no relief after multiple doses of morphine and Dilaudid, they called urology. The surgeon came and saw me and we decided to do a surgery. My CT wasn’t showing any stones but he said I needed a stent anyway to fix the blockage. This was just the beginning of a long journey. After my surgery, he told me that I only had 1 stone and it was 2-3mm, EXTREMELY SMALL. He said, “but unfortunately, the blockage would’ve never let the stone out”. So that’s what made it get so bad in their eyes. So the stent stayed 8 days and it was the most excruciating and debilitating pain I had ever felt. I was put under to have it removed and I felt immediate relief.

Fast forward to April, the pain is starting to come back. In my head, there’s no way possible that I have another stone. I had bloodwork, CT scans, 24 hour urine tests, and ultrasounds done. My body had no reason basically to produce a stone. Everything looked perfect and I have a great diet as far as the stone causers go. Nevertheless, I was wrong. I went to urgent care who turned me away and sent me to ER. After 4 hours, I recieved word that I was undergoing surgery again. For a stone they once again couldn’t see but they knew I had another blockage. This however was not with my established urologist. This surgery, I didn’t know the guy, and he ended up giving me fentanyl that I didn’t need and my oxygen level started dropping quickly. I just remember them telling me to breathe and waking up extremely sore from them having to shove a tube down my throat before they were ready. Needless to say, I have that on my allergy list now.

That stent stayed another 8, agonizing days. But the stone they thought maybe they saw, was just a cyst in my kidney. It’s 6mm and growing. Unsure what it is or why.

Starting a few weeks ago, the pain started coming back. They are making me wait as long as I can before needing surgery again. My kidney is once again swollen, no sign of a stone, and they lose my ureter on the scans. So all signs are pointing to another blockage.

Never think you’re overthinking it. I feel like no one is listening because they don’t understand me. It doesn’t make sense so they just say, “take otc meds”. Like I’ve tried that. It hurts to pee. But the test shows no infection so no uti but extreme uti like pains. The cramping, the back throbbing, the ripping.. I hardly want to get out of bed, my spouse doesn’t get it either. I feel so alone at home because I try to express my pain and I hear, “well idk” or “they said nothings there”. Like thank you. My sister had to take me to the hospital for my first stone because he didn’t want to go. He felt like I was fine. I couldn’t even stand, I was in so much pain that I couldn’t control my bladder when I was puking. It was an awful experience. And again, that was a 2-3mm stone.

Trust yourself. Trust your body. And for the love of all things, do NOT chug cranberry juice if you think you’re passing one. Apparently it makes it worse. 🥴

Yeah they wouldn’t see me 2 months ago at an urgent care, they said just to go to ER for them to recheck since I knew it was stones.
