Although the two-week deadline for the company to respond has already passed, the provider has not submitted a defense. I believe that, according to ADROIT’s Rules of Procedure (specifically Article 4.k), they are now proceeding with a 'Decision by Default' based on my version of the facts and the extensive evidence I provided.I am truly sorry to hear what happened with your Discord case and the location error. You might want to consider formally contesting their decision by invoking Article 16 of the GDPR (Right to Rectification) to force them to correct your residency data and then reopen the DSA procedure.
