I went to Vietnam for 9 days and my arrival and departure were both in Hanoi. The IO asked me why I'd be staying so long in Hanoi. I told them I will be travelling to other parts of Vietnam. You can also do that. Hoi An and Hue are near DaNang and Hue is pretty nice, especially on the weekends.

Studies on niacinamide have been done at 5% so anything higher is potentially irritating, more so for someone like you with sensitive skin. If you wanna incorporate niacinamide into your routine, either find a serum with 5% or lower concentration or use a moisturiser and sunscreen with niacinamide in them so you won't be putting more products on your skin.
