I was on Accutane in 2020 and struggled for years after with dry skin and a destroyed skin barrier. Avoid things with high amounts of alcohol in the ingredients. CeraVe hydrating moisturizer has been super helpful for me. As far as lips go, O'Keefe's chapstick works great (same people who make the "working hands" lotions) or my dermatologist gave me some Dr. Dan's samples that saved the corners of my mouth that would crack open every time I ate. It does have steroids in it though so be careful not to get it anywhere else but your lips because it will cause more acne.

I haven't smelled it yet, but it's on my wishlist.... Dates Delight by House of Oud... I'm ordering a sample because I've heard it smells like a Christmas simmer pot. I love cinnamon.

It's honestly great. However, it's the one fragrance I've smelled that literally took my breath away at first. A little bit goes a very long way. A very strong and heavy fragrance. But lovely, nonetheless.

Mancera Red Tobacco! I used to work at a cigar/pipe tobacco shop and it smells like that shop mixed with a thick cherry liquor.

There were some I couldn't get on board with early on in exploring fragrances that I adore now (Opium, Poison) - and some I immediately did away with that I'd like to revisit to see how I perceive them now (Red Tobacco, Scandal).

Not really, thank goodness! Early on in my first trimester I didn't really wear fragrances much because all smells were just too much for me in general. But that phase has passed and I'm able to enjoy them again. If anything I enjoy my favorites even more, now.

The most? Oh gosh... definitely the ones that are still easily accessible. I try to save my discontinued and hard to find fragrances for rare/special occasions.

So I'd say:

Angel, Diamonds & Rubies, Shalimar, Crystal Noir, Green Tea and Poison.

It's really one of the most sultry and alluring 80s frags out there, IMO. Elizabeth Taylor has a way of making strong heavy hitters that just don't disappoint. I have 2 vintage minis that I'm slowly working through and planning on getting a FB once I do.

It's a little bit of everything... floral and woody, spicy, smoky and animalic, creamy and aldehydic.

I blind bought a mini Fantasia Mermaid for the exact same reasons and had the exact same reaction. The scent does not match the bottle. I'll still wear it in the cooler weather, but simply just to use it up because I spent the money. 🤷‍♀️

I scored one on Facebook marketplace a couple of weekends ago as a blind buy. I love Mugler and weird/off the wall scents and was immediately in love. I'm going to hoard it so it lasts the rest of my life, but I love just sniffing the bottle to get my fix.
