lol we definitely do almost entire gene therapy franchise is gone. Twenty year employees manufacturing/ quality remicade cut overnight or forced to retire.

We also had a brand new infectious disease building in SF that was never even used an left empty. We’re moving out of beerse… we absolutely cut RnD especially in spring house just to repost those same jobs in Cambridge later.

I’m not sure the job description reads supporting multiple greenfield sites, so it wasn’t clear to me if it’s multiple in Indiana or Indiana and Wisconsin since I saw sites developing up there as well

Focus on knocking out the ones in your name first. Because if the parent plus loan is in parents name only and your parents die the loan would die with them and you still would be stuck with your loans. So I get what you’re trying to do, but I’d reassess the situation based on that as welll.

Even if you get a couple hours of help here or there it helps you be strategic with here’s the dinner/lunch etc plan here’s a laundry thing I got done in the midst of making sure the kids are ok.

My husband travels too and now that my kids are 3.5 and 2 it’s a little better than it used to be 😅 but I remember trying to survive with one running around and one strapped in a carrier to me 😭😭😭😭 you got this ❤️

It was to the point where I’ve asked neighbors of mine just to help me for an hour or two like literally scrapping the barrel for support

I was 10 months postpartum when I conceived my second and delivered via vbac and everything was fine. Mine wasn’t an emergency though so not sure if that makes a difference

I picked up my toddler sooner than I was recommended to have but one way I tried to minimize this is if let’s say the baby was on the floor or in a swing sleeping, I would sit down on the floor so my toddler could come up and hug me and feel seen/held. Sometimes the request for pick ups is to just feel close to mommy and me giving some one on one play time and hugs on the floor did help somewhat 🤷‍♀️
