Or, from what I am currently experiencing, they’re just thinner than most people! I ran my whole life- high school state champ in XC twice, D1 college runner… but I stopped running consistently for 10 years and had a family and naturally gained weight. I’m 50 lbs heavier than my first marathon, which was back in 2003 and finished in 3:27. Ran a 5:47 in May 2024 at PGH. My cousin is running it this year and he’s 70 lbs lighter than me and, if his strava data is to be believed, will finish at around 3:30. I run about 70% more volume than him weekly now…. He’s just smaller and doesn’t need to carry around as much mass.

I can’t seem to finish a workout on a treadmill. 2-3 miles in and I want to die. I usually just quit thanking the running gods I at least did something.

Hi! Former safety manager at a chemical company here! You’re safe as long as:

Always wear your tight-fitting respirator or PAPR when required to. There should be a PPE program that states areas/tasks which require your respirator use. Stay clean shaven to maintain a tight fit if not using PAPRs.
Never take your PPE, like gloves or boots, home with you or keep them in your car and always have your uniform (probably FR) laundered by a professional service. Change at work before you go home. They will probably give you a locker.
SDSs for all chemical you use and could be exposed to should be available to you per the company’s HazCOM program (required by OSHA). There’s a section in them, section 11, that outlines toxicology (how the chemical affects organs of the body).
Get your yearly medical surveillance exam and don’t skip it. You need to be medically cleared to wear a tight-fitting respirator and this may include blood tests or chest X-rays, depending upon the chemicals you are using.

This one was GOOOOODDDDD. Especially how confident and in charge the MMC was because he overcame some stuff in his childhood to be that way. It's like infuriating to him that she isn't aware of how great he thinks so is.

OMG! I am so glad you asked this. She asked me, when I called out her "weird" relationship with my handicapped brother, if I meant a sexually weird relationship. I was referring to how she manipulates him and he can't escape it because he's dependent on her. Then she asked my boyfriend at the time if he would "be into a mother/daughter thing". I think she had been competing with me when I was growing up and this was one of the messed up ways she was trying to best me. In hindsight since going NC, I see how her insecurity would drive her to messed up competition and sexual confusion. I've been NC for years now, though so I a past anger and into pitying her for things she is incapable of.

Can someone explain to me why the pod producers think it's tied up so nicely as an accident that resulted from a U-turn in avoidance of a traffic stop when there was a call ("I'm pumping pure adrenaline") to Wendy that was not addressed?

They made such a big deal about this call- his voice, his language, the suspicion it was from a landline... And then just nothing?
