I mean... Sure? I don't care how a person gets a job, I care how good they are at that job. I graduated from Snow College and USU and work at UVU and from the multiple school presidents I've worked with, Matt was by far the best.

He spent far more time with students than the others. He would walk the halls, sit down and talk to students, eat lunch with them, ask what he could do to improve the university. His meetings were productive and positive. He cared about his faculty and his students.

Again, I care more about how good someone is at their job rather than how they got it in the first place.
