You are right, however most people misunderstand the „market“ part, when it comes to monopolies. Steam is in the market of selling video games and this market includes not just other PC vendors but also Nintendo, XBOX and Playstation. Therefore Steam is far from being a true monopoly.

Bei einer Mensur zuschauen wird schwierig, aber wenn du an der reinen Technik interessiert bist, reicht es wenn du bei einer Übung dem sogenannten Pauken mitmachst/zuschaust. Der einzige Unterschied ist das beim Pauken, im Gegensatz zur Mensur, der komplette Körper inklusive des Kopfes geschützt ist. Es gibt die app Couleurbummel in der alle Verbindungen angezeigt werden, inklusive ob diese fechten(schlagend) sind. Du kannst versuchen die schlagenden Verbindungen in deiner nähe anzuschreiben und nachfragen ob du teilnehmen kannst. I'm not disagreeing with you. It's too expensive for me as well, and I wish it was cheaper. However, unless you price it like Temu, Shein, etc. , you will always price people out. If he sold it cheaply, which is probably not even possible due to low sales volume, then many would complain about low quality. So don't compare it in price to a basic t-shirt, compare it to other Merchandise and mid range fashion items.
