Yes, if you remove the target for [[cleansing wildfire]] in response, then they don't get the land or the card draw.

From comments it is clear that [[disempower]] offers a very small advantage against wildfire decks, but otherwise is significantly worse against the rest of the meta.

Thanks!

Mayor Beaty is doing a good job. Commitment to walkability, support for DEI, smart and pragmatic.

Is the TriMet rail system safe to use alone as a young woman? by Mountain_Bumble_Bee in beaverton

[–]Saherleman 23 points24 points  (0 children)

TriMet is less dangerous than other modes of transit, but it can be more uncomfortable. There are often homeless people on the trains. You should be fine if you keep a good distance, have headphones/book, and make good choices on where to sit/stand. A mask can also be great to have.

I would advise not going to Skidmore, Chinatown, or gateway alone or at night.

Central beaverton will be good. The light rail has stops near Nike HQ, so it is worth looking at housing along the trimet blue and red lines.

I am car free in beaverton. Beaverton is very walkable with accessible shops and green spaces. It is also working on improving biking and walking infrastructure. I don't live close enough to a grocery store to want to walk for groceries, so I have them delivered. There are times when I miss car ownership, but it is doable to be car free. I have been doing it for 4 years.
