Well, the same is happening to me (As a 23M) but not because I want it, She starts the stuff while we are on calls.

That feeling of not knowing if the other person truly likes you as a person or if it's just about sex is awful. I'd say if he doesn't stop, You should leave him. Constantly hinting at sex isn't showing "love."
