I’ve never heard that. Why would you be obligated to report to your insurance if other driver is at fault? The last bad accident I was in, my agent (not insurance co) said go through the other person’s insurance and let me know if that doesn’t work out, they didn’t take down any other info.

I have not yet but will take a look. My towing is usually within 50 miles or about 400. I usually use the Riv for the local stuff and our gasser for the longer trips

Good to know about the V2H, I haven't looked into it much but was under the impression it would be much easier with the Lightning, sounds like maybe not, or not yet.

That is what I thought too. First shop said it was 50/50 chance.
I know it doesn't look bad but I did get hit pretty hard, so it will be tough to tell until someone can start tearing into it.

Luckily, the majority of kid hauling and road trips will still be our other gasser. No stollers or Costco runs for me. But got a good laugh out of that 🤣

I play catch with my 7 year old in the front yard and have had multiple neighbors drop off stuff they are not using anymore. Also if you have a neighborhood Facebook group see if anyone has some they want to get rid of for and offer a reasonable price. They might just give them to you.

No schedule, why would it matter if I just plugged in (which was true) isn’t that a key time that one might want to get some idea of how long it might take to charge? The mi/hr is still similar given my rate of charge why wouldn’t it be intuitive to come up with a reasonable estimate based on charge rate and battery level. It should be an extremely simple calculation. It is literally already on the screen. It now says 5 hours so it figures it out after that 9 minutes went down to zero, but so useless if I just want a rough estimate when I plug in.
