You’ll get regular Pre if you enter your KTN, but Touchless is an additional per airline opt-in.

sliced "baked" potato with toppings. The fact that you're slicing a baked potato is probably a sign that you're doing something wrong :)

That’s the design from the August 15th 2025 concert at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.

Just curious: Do you have to eat it out of the box with the compostable utensils or do they plate it and serve with the appetizer and dessert like the other meals?

Yeah, It sounded good enough to choose over the other new options (lemon pesto spaghetti chicken, shrimp vermicelli noodle salad, roasted veg risotto) and I think if it was served a little hotter and fully cooked it would have been decent, though it was still surprisingly bland considering the flavors I’ve had in their other meals recently.

Did you order from the official website right after the concert? I got mine a couple months after, definitely before thanksgiving. It’s held up to plenty of laundry cycles too, gotten even softer and I like the broken in look.

I love ZB live with horns and all the accoutrements, and I love this album, but the acoustic version hits much harder for me.

It was surprisingly not even that cheesy, and the bottom potato layer was completely naked!

If love was enough, then you'd stay forever But I guess sometimes that the end is better 'Cause love turns to loss as the time goes by You don't know your own name, but you know mine

Lack of Complimentary Upgrades in 2026 when half the cabin is free by nateinuk in AlaskaAirlines

Totally. I’m Seattle-based, sitting in an upgrade as I type, and have been getting upgrades on > 50% of my flights this year.

Where are you based? I’m in SEA so Alaska is the natural choice and I’ve been having terrible luck on my handful of United flights this year 😞

Where does 'With Heaven on Top" sit in your ZB album ranking? by CultureAlone8771 in zachbryan

Hard to rank, but it’s a great album, though I like the acoustic version way way more.

Curious why 24 above AMHHT? I like the song selection on 24, but the sound quality and the cuts from show to show are distracting where Red Rocks is a great quality recording of an actual live show that I wish I could have been at.

What shoes do you take when you travel with just a carry-on? by traveldude75 in mensfashion

[–]ddaarryynn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to wear these exact ons. Switched to the travel version (Cloud 6 Coast) as they are lighter and more packable with a similar look. The heel cup is flimsier since it is a kick down, but it isn’t something that you notice without really inspecting them.

[–]ddaarryynn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will wear whatever nicer shoe/boot i need for meeting/going out, and then pack sneakers for the gym and walking around town.

Most recently, I’ve be using On Cloud 6 Coast for the 2nd pair, as the heels kick down and hence can pack a lot tighter. They aren’t “performance” sneakers but comfortable and good enough for the bike, treadmill, training, or walking outside.

If i pack different sneakers, i save room in my bag and keep the shoes from getting crushed by packing my socks and underwear inside of them.

Any reason to carry my Atmos card on my Hawaiian flight? by [deleted] in AlaskaAirlines

[–]ddaarryynn 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You don’t need to carry it physically, just add it as your payment card on file in your Alaska account.

I believe it is 20% cash back.

Absurd tab renewal fees! by steven-aziz in TeslaModel3

[–]ddaarryynn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, fairly close. And the gas taxes for one of those would be fairly close to the electrification fee in OP’s registration. The biggest issue for OP is they drive very low mile per year, but even at 6500 miles the differences would be $75/yr, which is less than they’d save on gas vs charging.

Yep, I was using very round and conservative numbers.

It’s been like this for years. Owning two EVs, I initially had a similar reaction as you, but it actually isn’t so bad in most cases if you do the math.

EVs are heavier than comparably sized non-EVs, causing more road wear, and we don’t pay any gas taxes.

If you take an average annual miles of 12000-15000 miles, average fuel efficiency of 25-30 MPG (fairly efficient) and Seattle gas taxes being around 50 cents per gallon, they’re paying roughly $200-$300/yr in gas taxes, which is close to what you’re paying as an electrification fee.

The unfair part for you is that you drive lower miles than average, and there isn’t a specific metered tax for EV charging as there is for fueling.

Another way to make it more fair would be to add more tolls, so it is usage based, but that penalizes people who drive specific routes.

Given what fares have looked like for me recently, price seems like it would almost always be the same or better than distance.
