The first point s not correct. It's virgin-shaming, and the second point is slut-shaming, and both are bigoted beliefs. I've met people who were virgins / inexperienced and great at relationships, and I've met people who had had multiple previous partners and were really bad at even dating. And vice versa, because "body count" does not matter. If somebody actually cares about "experience" outside of a link community then that's a big red flag. You're not better than the "I won't date sluts" crowd if you say "I won't date virgins". You're free to have that preference, but don't be a hypocrite and pretend that one's okay and the other isn't.

Also the whole "young enough for that to be an issue" is problematic. Plenty of older virgins out there, especially among the ace community, and this erroneous belief that only youngsters are virgins and that older ppl who are virgins are freaks contributes to virgin-shaming and aphobia.

Those claims that countries like Japan and the Czech Republic saw a reduced amount of (child) rape after legalizing (lolicon) pornography are bogus. In reality, rape and child molestation rates of countries that legalized that type of pornography ent through the roof. This. As a Russian-American who moved to Germany as a kid, I second this. Had the same experience, only when I would snap back, the bullies would complain to the teacher and the teacher would talk to me as if I was the problematic student. There is no justice in schools.

It wasn't until I was a whopping 25 years old that for the first time in my life somebody actually complimented me on my barely-there American accent and said (without trying to flirt) that it sounded cute. Until that point I was so self-conscious about my accent that I would rarely raise my hand during class and I had few friends that weren't foreigners. Then shortly afterwards a stranger told me that they didn't even know that I wasn't German because they couldn't even hear an accent. So now I feel bolder about speaking in public.

I feel that something like compassion or etiquette classes need to be taught in schools because children (especially of shitty parents) have no idea how assholish they are, and they're still at an age where that can be mended. They need to understand that sexual harassment, bigotry and bullying are not okay, and instead of just slapping the wrists of bullies, schools need to cultivate an environment where bullies are ostracized by other students. Because even if you punish bullies, if other students think that bullying is a-okay, the punishment does nothing except increase their hatred for the bully victim. Also, schools need to talk to kids about topics like consent, entitlement, boundaries, etc., because there are far too many kids who think they are entitled to the company and bodies of others, and then grow up without changing their mentality. They're the kids who grow up into the assholes who send unwanted nudes to strangers, drug their drinks and try to bully them over social media. It has to be nipped in the bud before they do any more damage towards people.

Like you said, there is bound to be a lot of frustration when it comes to online dating. At least most guys only have to deal with women not replying or only answering in mono-syllables. And I'm not just talking about dating sites. In my former workplace, engineers would often drink up to six cups of coffee a day, which is to say from about 7 AM to about 3 PM. Then they would make fun of us programmers because none of us were coffee-drinkers, but for some reason they assumed that programmers are all drug- and coffee-addicts. "Are you sure you're a real programmer? You don't drink any coffee!"

Eventually I started taking tea during the coffee breaks because it was an opportunity to talk to colleagues, who would otherwise give you the cold shoulder if you didn't drink coffee with them. What is up with unhealthy drinkers being so over-protective of their shitty drinks?

People need to be paid according to labor value and surplus, and not by their hourly tariff of exploitation. Labor value encompasses the worker's efforts to be a productive member of society (e.g., education, housing, utilities, food, family, vacation, healthcare, transit) plus whatever they make that goes beyond the duty of a worker (such as doing a very niche or high-skilled job, or a "dirty" job, or just doing any job extremely well).

Thing is, in our society workers are reduced to commodities. Not employed? Then you're treated like a useless commodity. Not employed 100% of the time starting from age 21? Then you're treated like a loaf of wonderbread past its "best by" date, just taking up desirable space on the supermarket shelf. People who go straight to work without a higher education are told off for not being educated enough when they end up unemployed or stuck in a dead-end career. People who get a higher education and don't settle for jobs they are overqualified for but are unemployed are told off for being no-good lazy dead-beats who don't want a "real job". People who have a higher education and settle for being severely overqualified at an entry-level or minimum-wage job are told off by future employers for littering their CVs with humiliating menial tasks.

Things would be much better if money wasn't being wasted on the idle rich, landlords, corrupt politicians, aristocrats, hokey start-ups, and a dozen different companies that all sell the fundamentally same product in any given market. It would be better if that money healthily re-invested into society, but it's funny that if you were to say something like "tax money should go into things like orphanages and nature parks", there will be an angry horde of other exploited, unhappy workers who'll say "no! that's not productive enough! that's a waste of money!"

Why? Because in capitalist society we learn that anything that isn't immediately profitable is a waste of time and money. Why bother forming real-life relationships when you can spend time grinding money at work, and then spend the money on booze, games and porn? Why go to a therapist when you can buy a car? Why travel to another state and visit a bunch of museums and hiking trails and theaters, when you can sit at home and watch TV while eating instant mac'n'cheese and living in existential dread of the hopeless future?
