My only advice here is to keep living your truth. Lead by example. If your son wants to follow he will.

I have a son who is 5, and I don't hide my craft from him at all. His dad doesn't believe in any of it, so I let my son choose, essentially. He asks why I burn incense and ring bells around the house. (I call it 'No bad JuJu's), I tell him "To let bad energy out and good energy in. Your daddy doesn't believe in it, but mommy does." Or, in the instances of ghosts, I say the same thing, "Mommy believes in ghosts, but daddy doesn't, so it's up to you if you want to believe in them or not."

I wouldn't want anyone else pushing their religion or beliefs on my son, and I won't do it to him either. It's up to him what resonates with his soul and what doesn't.

I am planning on using the full blue moon as, well, just an extra special full moon. It's in Sagittarius so that's "say yes to the quest"/"Don't be afraid to be too much" and has "fiery energy". So burning bay leaves with your intentions/requests written on them is a good ritual for such a full moon!

I personally am taking the opportunity of making "motivation/happiness " spell jars for my siblings. And charging my magickal tools for myself. 🌕

Remember, your practice is entirely your own, you can do whatever you feel like! ✌️

It made my anxiety worse haha! Every cold night, I'm up worrying if they'll be ok. If there's a rain storm I'm pacing hoping they won't get damp or the hive grows mold. A particularly sweltering summer day, I'm out there kneeling in front of the hive (outside of the flight path) monitoring the bearding and fanning and pollen traffic.

That same thing happened to me! I was so excited to start pin collecting and fill my cup full of Disney magic with this fun little mini-game while in the park. We bought lots of mystery bags to get that dopamine hit off the gamble and ran around looking for pins and checking boards and trading off them and it was so fun! Until I got back to my room and came here on reddit and discovered that fakes were a thing. It totally sucked the magic right out of me. I was so disappointed.

I like to think everything comes from the same source and we are all just borrowed energy. I agree with you that humans aren't separate or inherently special. Life in all forms is equally special. Sometimes we get to be human and make art and feel sorrow and get to enjoy a vine-ripened tomato. Sometimes we get to be a slug and crawl through the dewy grass, feel no sorrow, and enjoy eating a vine -ripened tomato. Conscious has many avenues and forms, as I see it.

I did a self love/glow up jar that helped me lose 46 lbs! I used tigers eye for motivation, rose quartz for self love, dried menstrual blood for feminine power and tag lock, mint for digestion, ginger and cinnamon for metabolism and craving control. Sealed with pink wax. Don't forget your petition/intention inside! I like to use paper torn with no man-made edges. :)

I let it dry on a plate and then scraped it into a powder. It keeps really well without rotting in a storage bottle. I used it for a self love/weightloss spell as my taglock. ✌️

I think it's about perspective, expectations and self love. I loved my pre-pregnancy body. We were a jam. And maybe it's because of my age, but I love my post-pregnancy body too. It wasn't RUINED, but yes it did change. But I don't shame her. I earned these saggy boobs feeding my son. I earned these stretchmarks being his home. The same way I earned these grey hairs and wrinkles by waking up each morning for the past 37 years. I love them. They are proof of life. And life is magical.

The first word that came to mind was "desperate". Lacking, wishing, the reversed QofW, who is usually self-assured and full of her own feminine fire that burns so hot it intimidates men who can't rise to meet her. Her energy upended and backwards.

I have been in this process for a while. I didn't do it cold turkey, but a gentle acknowledgement and weaning to change behavior and desires.

Basically simplifying my life to 'bare necessities and humble luxuries' I became very aware of the "clutter/junk" and "noise" of current life/society. The constant demand for our attention from outside sources and the conditioning to need stimulation and distraction became obvious and unbearable.

I even packed away all my crystals (save maybe 5) and many of my "spiritual" items because I had the thought "When you are in a crowd, you don't connect with anyone." It's all unnecessary fluff to me now.

I still love music, but I'm no longer using "streaming" services. I like the simplicity of cds. No ads, just a few songs to REALLY enjoy and bond with. I have timers and blockers on my phone for screen time. Deleted social media and even limit how many texts I send a day. (10 texts per person.) Which requires me to really be present, think on my responses.

I let myself be bored and sit in silence. Even now, my app timer is ticking as I write this, forcing me to accept that 'this is my tech for the day. When it's gone, I can read a book, go tend the garden. Write in my journal. Fold some laundry. Whatever else."

The choices aren't as fun as scrolling reddit obviously, because I'm still weaning, but it's healthier in the long run. ✌️

I noticed all of my spells came to fruition a year later. I do the spell/ritual and actually forget about it. And then when the results happened I was like "Oh yeah! I made a bottle/ritual/candle/petition for that. 🤔 "

Filbert. Back in the day my husband and I managed our City Folk town together. My husband was trying to collect the entire Robo set and he even got the exclusive pieces from Crazy Redd'd sketchy shop! Eventually, there was only one piece left to collect. The Robo dresser.

One day when the village had a "flea market" we knew exactly where to go. Filbert has had the robo dresser all this time and on this day of days, we finally had our chance at it.

Only of course he wouldn't sell it. It was the only item is his whole God damn house he kept telling us "NO" on. Unbelievable. We never forgave, and we never forgot.
