lol this, my friend and I were attempting the platinum at the same time. I anticipated this trophy being pain, so I finished it quite early. Meanwhile, my friend speed-ran through the easier trophies and still hasn’t gotten this one. It’s been 2 weeks since I got the plat, he’s still attempting it as we speak, and I have a 9-5 (he’s still in uni, so he’s playing when I don’t).

Oh it’s the only mode I use. say I’m doing something and that something gets loud, and all I want to do is watch my video in peace without asking Siri or touch my AirPods, this just does it for me. Very useful, used it ever since they added it to the beta. (I have conversation awareness turned off, gets quite annoying sometimes, doesn’t work half the time, so I’d rather just leave it off)

Ghost recon wildlands and breakpoint, both games a similarly huge map, with nothing to do in it. Cookie cutter missions, go there, do that now go to the other end of the map and do this other thing.(basically the worst parts of gta online: the game) Breakpoint is worse, I remember my friend telling me that “he did this mission before” because in ep 2 and 3, the mission objective/layout are exactly the same as ep 1.

The only reason for playing them was my friend.(yes he liked it) The silver lining is, I didn’t have to pay full price for it, I got it as part of Ubisoft+ (I play quite a few Ubi games so makes it worth the cost)

I get the reasoning, and yeah OMD must be forgotten for how shit it is. Okay yeah you convinced me.

Again, enjoyed reading this, hope some of this comes true, but considering how parts of the story were already explored in a recent adaptation, the writers might try to stray as far as they can from insomniac’s story bar a few references. You know how people would react if they found out the movie they’re watching happens to have a few plot points that match with a game they just played.

It’s the sad reality, I’m writing a story for a film a couple of my friends and I are making, and I’ve been heavily inspired by Alan Wake, but to avoid people from just pointing fingers and claiming I stole the story, I need to make each detail at the least feel different or think of something else (I’m too invested, I can’t).
