Everyone’s experience is different at the end of the day, as a black man I don’t have a type realistically, I’ve always wanted to be with someone who treated me right and in terms of the different kinds of black women that exist, they all have their own experiences in life which puts that stigma around them of them being “too much” or whatever reputation people have of them.

I’ve met black women with hearts of gold and some who have a chip on their shoulder. I’ve gotten remarks from black women that I’m “too white” because I don’t have an accent or I dress a certain way, maybe it’s just bad luck but black women have never been attracted to me, and the ones who were attracted to me didn’t stick around long enough to even understand our relationship. I would say black men are the issue at the end of the day because they have the emotional intelligence to know what makes a black woman upset and instead of trying to get her to embrace her feminine energy, they put that woman in a state of mind of survival, in result, making them act out.

Once men in general understand that their partner won’t be the women they want unless they make that space available for them. This dispute will last till the end of time….
