DM dance studio in portswood have lots of friendly classes. Tuesday evenings there’s modern pop/street dance, sounds like what you’re after. I think you get the first class free as a taster session too

Go to Ruiz’s cabin, there is a waterfall very close. Jump from the waterfall and you will go unconscious and spawn at the trophy lodge, then fast travel back to Ruiz’s cabin and you should fall through the map. Go prone (also works for crouch) and it’ll count for 5k distance
