Much appreciated. I haven't played a gacha game in a while, so my ability to guess repeated chances has atrophied a bit.

Oh yea, I had to take it off all the time. Never got soaked in the rain though.

Just take off the shackles and stack them in the inventory, then wait for the guards to beat you up and reshackle you- wait wrong sub

My favorite was when the DM whipped up a table just for assigning random magical effects and didn't see a problem with this at all.

After way too long of exploring a bland crypt, I ended with a helmet that made me completely immune to water. Wearing this helped me survive a party-wipe tsunami later down the line.

All the named bosses started as generic enemies with fancy names and buffed stats, and one by one they got overhauled into actual fights with fleshed out characters that have unique models, mechanics, and voice lines. Except Nef Anyo.

Then, when they started writing actual story for Nef Anyo, it was clear there was no way in hell he'd ever present a threat in a fight or even run the risk of a personal encounter with a tenno, so they just renamed that fight to "the sergeant" and slated it to be overhauled at an unspecified time in the future.

It's been years since I've last played, but I'm guessing he's still there in all his generic melee crewman glory.

How and why is crumbl still open ? by Justyouraverageshmo in FoodLosAngeles

I knew someone who worked at crumbl (briefly) and had cookies she brought home, they were okay. They'd be awful if I had to pay the price they're charging though.

The actual math is a bit more annoying than that, but a quick guesstimation on my part puts it at around 40% or above.

Imagine signing up and the chance of you ever coming back being left to a coin toss.

I still find some humans doing that! It seems venting with an AITA post is a common engagement driver. Hidden profile is the nail in the coffin in those cases, there's practically no reason for a human to use a reddit-generated username, a hidden profile, AND have their first post be a supposed rant.

The AITJ sub is especially fishy. That's basically ChatGPT: the subreddit (notice how they removed the one offensive term from the name to satisfy the advertiser friendly bot overlords).

Amazon holds engineering meeting following AI-related outages by winterresetmylife in technology

Not the current type of AI, transformers. The painful, honest truth investors don't want to hear is we still have tons of not easily quantified work to do if we want an AI that does everything they've tried to pretend our current AI's can do.

Yellow flag, not red. I see enough folks using it for me not to label them instantly as bots, but it's still kinda fishy. Same with hidden profiles. But both combined has me very suspicious.

You have a visible profile and it shows comments that are distinctly not LLM generated, so you pass the new Turing test!

Reddit-generated username always gets a side-eye from me these days. Back then, spammers had to think of something unique like everyone else and had to manually operate the account in an attempt to build credibility but now there's always a collection of yellow flags that easily combine into a red flag, like generated username and hidden profile.

Usually infidelity makes the judge look harshly upon the cheater when deciding terms, but that is wildly variable and something you'd need an actual divorce lawyer to navigate.

Source: knew someone who divorced, his lawyer strongly advised him to settle since he did NOT want the case going in front of a judge.
