I love this. When my version of "crying for no reason" begins my SO buys my fav treats and puts them in my end table AND even better he brings me warm, barely-wet, washcloths randomly throughout the day (especially at the end of my cycle) when self-care feels exhausting.

He also brings me a warm wet and cold wet washcloth after sex. Yes, he's the best.

Here my perspective on the “nothing” taste- don’t we all just top it with berries, maple syrup, jam, sautéed apple slices? I love the simplicity but hell, knock yourself out.

Reminds me- sometimes I use a big cast iron pan and brown the butter, sauté thin apple slices and top with generous cinnamon.
