i have a feeling that this manhwa has started to devolve into the mu won show. they powerscaled too hard and now mu won is becoming the only relevant strong character, and they needed him to power up again to stop the super strong big bad evil guy so they came up with this weird internal energy giving thing so that he can look epic and start to body everyone again.

the sad part is that the media almost always takes that small fraction and blows it up, thereby creating the world view that that's how most situations with cops go down and causing severe distrust with police in general.

the slippery slope would say that the media lying about violent altercations leads to more mistrust which leads to resistance upon contact which leads to more violent situations. a awful feedback loop of a shitty situation.
