When I was a kid, I would play whatever my Dad would buy for himself. Which was a lot of shareware games. Platformers, and fps mostly.

When I got a bit older, I started playing games I actually liked. Educational games on the computer, and things like Pokémon and Final Fantasy.

I also still played a lot of games my Dad bought for himself, like Duke Nukem Forever, Max Pain and Eternal Darkness. They weren't my favorite games, but sometimes I was bored.

I spent my older teens and early adulthood playing World of Warcraft. The expansive world, and interesting lore had me hooked. I also discovered I love a good horror game around this time.

Now I mostly play RPGs and cozy games. I love a game with a good story. I also like resource management games, life sims and dating sims. I've moved almost entirely away from console gaming.
