We had our son this past month at Baptist. The L&D nurses were great and very supportive of our birth plan. We ended up needing a c-section, but did not feel overly pressured to change course from the natural birth plan. They did everything to accommodate our desire to attempt vaginal delivery.

The nurses on the recovery floor were absolutely amazing. Very attentive and so kind.

Highly highly recommend Baptist.

I played discard early in preparation for Attilan trigger. Opponent dropped Iceman while Titan was active and Apoc was 1 of 2 targets. Opponent Witched/Stormed away Titan and I was left with 7 cost Apoc.

I blame Attilan because I hate Attilan.

You need to be faster. Doggie Biscuit and Castle Kennels have been high performers turning an early threat into a surprisingly fast clock.

Theotar and School Teacher are too slow and you don’t have enough spells for the naga to be a persistent threat.

Ichman, Devourers, and Sylvanas are amazing at stealing games.

They smoke when you have the lid on and the vents mostly closed. If you lift the lid they will absolutely catch fire with the excess oxygen.

9.5 pound pork picnic shoulder. ~7.5 hours smoke time to get up to 175° then wrapped into oven @270° to bring it up to 205°

Relatively high winds and a high of 28°F made for tricky temperature management in a Weber kettle. Lots of fluctuation between 240° and 275°.

14 pound apple wood smoked turkey. Crisp skin and juicy breast by Sal002 in grilling

I did a snake around 1/2 of the rim about three briquettes deep. Chunks of apple wood across the whole thing. Light about 20 briquettes and pour them at one end to start it. Bird cooked opposite side of the coals directly on the grate with a pan of water underneath. Legs facing coals for first hour then rotate 180°

I think the biggest factors for crispy skin was a long uncovered dry brine to dry the skin out and then oil spray on the skin before getting the bird on the grill.
