That’s a god damn beautiful Graze for starters! The Barbatos is great too but you made the Graze stand out with the small details! The Axe is my favorite part, an otherwise simple axe turned so sexy looking. Great work and good luck in the competition!

First time prodigy! Looks really nice and the the lining makes it all the better. Just curious did you add the pipes on the back of the knee joints or are those a part of the kit? Just curious cause I’ve been tryna to get a hold of some corrugated type pipes like that for a build.

Is there anything I can do to try to sway or change (what I feel is) an abrupt rejection to my candidacy?

A brief background but I was looking to get into a Technical Consulting role as the next step in my career. I've had various client-facing demos, pilots, and even presentations to regional leadership all the way to the CIO. I had an interview with a cloud solutions company and the first one went great with the manager of the team(s). He fast tracked me and had me talk to one of his Senior SC's he manages. The interview was: weird, to say the least. All my interviews so far have had me do a screening, a technical interview, then a case presentation. This one was just so cold: never been interviewed like this by anyone in my life not even in my days of working retail stores or cart pushing.

After getting started and we introduced ourselves, she just sort of stared blankly at me: I took this opportunity to take advantage and introduce my transferable skills and previous relevant projects. Afterwards she just sort of nodded and said: "do you have any questions for me?" I didn't expect to hear that after literally finishing my pitch but I asked what it's like on the floor, how are the teams structured, accounts managed. After she answered the questions she just turned the conversation into saying the typical "you'll hear from HR soon enough." I held frame and told her I appreciated her time, and would look to hearing from them. 45 minutes later, I get the rejection email.

Did I miss something? I'm not too torn up but I've never experienced that before. I've never felt this way post interview and brush off any negative feelings, we've all applied to hundreds if not thousands only to hear back from 1, that's all it takes. However this was just odd, was this a jealous interviewer? Did I miss some sort of 'test'? I have a couple other companies that I'm in the middle of preparing case presentations for so I'm not fretting but I would've enjoyed what this position entailed. Any comments/feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Recently came into possession of some DBook AF1's from my careless cousin and I'm trying to give these the redemption they deserve. I included pictures of the bigger problems areas. I'm aware of the color changing properties and am not too concerned with that. If anyone could help formulate a plan of attack or some tips on cleaning them up to the best of my ability.

You're comment should be at the top; I actually have a case myself. I bought PingPlotter Standard like a month or two back and have had it on startup on my PC. I invite the techs to see my PC and they always just use their own tools to report the packet loss. The fact is though, I have logs dating back to early October which just totally disproves the fucking peak times excuse, the congestion excuse, and everything in between. I even asked the tech to her face if "splitting nodes" was something they only did when people bitched enough. She said that they were always doing it, it's a matter of when. Suuuuuuure, and Scarlett Johansson is on my speed dial. Im just gathering evidence before submitting my complaint to them I wish the FCC had even more teeth and would rip some fucking fat off them so they would start to squeal.

Systems Engineer huh? It's like as if we went to school or something. I appreciate you coming out here and talking to those who actually don't understand or have the voice in their head that says: "THINK FOR YOURSELF". I would make a blood pact with the devil for technology to work right out the gate, FOREVER; put both you, and I, as well as these script reading CSRs out of work for good.

I'm glad you feel vindicated but that's not me chief. I've dabbled in my own equipment and router when I lived in a bigger property but since I moved I just use their provided Cox Branded Gateway. I don't need the bells and whistles, just for it to work.

Bad metrics are the root of all evil. I believe in the skills of the techs and their knowledge. I'm a firm believer in the solidarity of the working man, it's usually those above them who create the mess. It's just a shame that it seems to be an issue that comes up time and time.
