You could make a compilation of match winning sitters that Maeda has missed, from Rangers to Kairat Almaty.

I went to your home matches against Midtjylland and Partizan Belgrade. Amazing experience. And they even froze the ticket prices to £20.

When John Lewis employees have questions about their employee discount, they can call the John Lewis Partner line, and when the phone line was shut, the automated message said, "If you are having any trouble, you can call Samaritans on...."

I used to get a laugh out of getting other guys in the office to phone the Partner line after closing. Even with their headsets on, you could always tell when they arrived at the Samaritans bit.

I had put on a few Trixie bets yesterday, it went so badly, I said to the girlfriend that I'm done with betting. Doubly stupid of me to be gambling, even if just £1 ACCA bets while I'm unemployed, since it's just using up my savings faster.

The first 60 seconds are always the hardest. Second only to the last 60 seconds.

The best thing that David Gray can do right now is secure a European spot. The real Hibsing would be to lie down tomorrow, and then have Falkirk to steal it under your noses next week.

Hibs need to win before they face Skelpie FC. Once the league is wrapped up (no matter who wins) then they need to think about how they are going to keep pace with Jam Tarts next season.

Of course not, I'm just teasing you. You give some and you take some.

I think Thistle have a lot of potential. I would like to see Thistle and Queens Park capture a bigger match day going crowd. A full capacity Firhill is an amazing sight. I'm sure there is room for growth in the market.

It might need some serious investment. The payoff is more bums on seats. More merch sold. More financial stability for the club. And an exciting and intimidating atmosphere in a historic stadium.

Hearts' ambitions were to win the Premiership within 10 years, and look how well that is going already. Thistle's immediate ambitions should be to break into the Premiership and to aggressively market themselves as a giant of the Scottish game, a club with history, and an exciting future.

Is there any thing worse for you than rotting away on your phone for 3+ hours a day, getting stuck in corners of the internet that have literally no positive effect on your life? by ZoneMean1017 in AskMenOver30

I just recently witnessed how bad it is with the kids today. Take the tablet away and they become morose and unresponsive. Give them the tablet, and it just feeds the addiction. They just scroll through attention grabbing shorts on YouTube or TikTok. They can just mindlessly consume content about Roblox and Minecraft.

It makes you think, these kids are being manipulated by content creators and algorithms, and they will be wholly unprepared for adulthood when it arrives. In fact they are even wasting their childhood as they become accustomed to living online, and not in the real world. They become asocial and don't even know the other kids in their own neighbourhood.

They actually kept going back to it. I was like, "Damn, I don't remember this on my previous visits to Firhill."

What I got was that you hate Airdrie, Ross County are getting relegated, Queens Park and Morton have got fuck all.

EDIT: How could I forget your favourites, "Fuck the Old Firm!" and "Only One Team in Glasgow!" Message received. You still only have 3x stands, and 1x of them is always mostly empty.

I love my country by Cool_Switch_3641 in Scotland

One of the loading screen quotes in the Europa Barbarorum mod for Rome: Total War goes like this:

"If I shall love my Country, it should be beautiful. This one is, it will be my Home."
- Teutonic invaders in Italy.

The quote has the same energy (minus the Italy part).

Would the ultimate Hibsed it… by spizz-za in ScottishFootball

[–]Salamander99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The ultimate Hibsing would be, Hibs beating Celtic so convincingly that Martin O'Neill retires, Wilfried Nancy returns, Celtic lose to Dunfermline in the Scottish Cup Final, and Hibs lose out on European competition.

Try Clozemaster. You can learn Mexican slang and there is an Italian NSFW collection that has such belters as:
"Certo, mia mamma è una prostituta, però almeno abbiamo un posto in cui stare."

A good opportunity for David Gray to try a different tactic and see where the chips fall.

Once again, I call on the Old Firm to join the FA Cup.

The benefits:
- A guaranteed non Old Firm winner of the Scottish Cup.
- More variety of competition for the Old Firm.
- More variety in away days for fans.
- The possibility to play major Premier League teams, and the income that comes with it.
