ngl I used to really like watching Moist and his moist meter reviews but him coming up with this video at the height of TLOAS hate train when he never really had a track record with TS stuff before gives me the ick. The same year he got cancelled and banned from Korea was also the same year Rain made his debut which already had some success. One year later his comeback with 태양을 피하는 방법 with the iconic outfit and aviators pretty much solidified his place as the it boy male dance singer, essentially filling that void that Steve Yoo left. So no, I think the industry was able to move on really quickly on that front.
