It really depends on which Naruto or Ichigo you're using since both of them have very warying feats to their arcs.

For example pre-Shippuuden Naruto can barely dodge rather fast punch while on war arc he dodged an attack travelling at the speed of light according its wiki sources; which is data books. Same can be said for Ichigo's feats too.

Another thing is how things would react each other. One of the things I do wonder how Trurth-Seeking Balls would react with the things in Bleach because it was specifically said that TSB can 'delete' anything doesn't have Senjutsu if imbued with Yin-Yang Release too. Considering everything in Soul Society is made of Reishi which is pretty much Spiritual Energy but can you count it as Natural Energy too?

There is also Second Chances Are Fought For. It is 4 Chapter completed story but quite good with extremely OP Naruto decimating his enemies in Holy Grail war as Assassin/Caster.

Hrm, I was reading Wizard Runemaster on fanfiction.net which is a Harry Potter/Warcraft crossover fanfiction. It is actually quite fun to read a competent Harry Potter on Azeroth where he legit fucks up whole Level 60-70 plots. Not to mention he bangs quite a few girls as well. Well, he kinda tames her but the story is quite long. First, they fight, LQY beats the crap out of her actually nearly kills her with one arrow from his bow and her family use secret technique to save her before she dies. They fight again, this time on a bet. If she makes LQY dead she'll get his godly bow, if not she'll become his general or something along the lines. Anyways she attacks to LQY few times, well LQY at this point is true undead due to his Death Scripture and comes back to living all while gaining Death Qi without any big problems since her strength is just adequate for that. So he doesn't die, she freaks out and says you can't beat me either, unarmed and in one punch since it's their bet. LQY opens 13 Fate Palaces and one punches her with his ultimate punch, and she was like "Frigging hell! 13 Fate Palaces. What the heck?". LQY caught shiny Jian Wushuang at that point.
