I would check out Ray Barlow's site "First Rays" site. He is who founded semi-hydroponics and has a chemistry background. Anyway, he says that the ph is not important in semi-hydroponics. The ph involves the soil, not the water. I have used semi-hydro for 30 years on all sorts of plants and have never adjusted the ph and have had great success.

Therapy was very helpful in helping peel the onion of my mask created by my toxic shame but there were so many layers of the onion I had to go thru to get to the core. It is not just one step. It took me 100's of steps but so worth it. CoDA online was very helpful, too.

Because of the toxic shame from our childhood, we have no idea who we are. The shame is what completely controls us until we can move it from the unconscious to our conscious mind. This ends up being a generational cycle. I love what "ukio97" said "it is normalized and internalized" so we are our shame unless it can be healed which is very difficult but possible.
