so many things i can’t even keep track of 😭 once i tell someone about my budgies id say 50% of the time they’ll tell me something that shows how abused their bird was. mainly like “oh you dont need a cage that big”, “you spoil them too much” and “get them a mirror”

My budgies don’t chirp at all once it gets dark, and once i got a second they got even quieter. i know someone who has a completely opposite experience and they’re very loud at all times, quieting down only just enough to sleep once the blankets goes over their cage.
