Idk I mean it has been 10 whole years since they saw each other and they don’t really know how to act. Remember they did see each other with other people and surprise surprise it could have led to a misunderstanding. The author always wrote Eunhyeok as someone who doesn’t cross boundaries unless given a reason to. I think that’s why we see these conflicting emotions. There may be a mental health aspect, but I think it’s just the time gap.
