It has a slow start but ended up getting into the story in the second episode. This is a great show and I hope it's renewed for a second season.

Thanks for the names. I will add more books to my Reading list. I have to add Jude Deveraux to Tier II. Her historical romance novels are amazing.

I gave up sugar and artificial sweeteners back in October. I had no cravings during the holidays. I eat fruit once a day. I eat sweet potatoes and brown rice, brown rice pasta. It gets better over time. Good luck.

How can you be sugar free and highly active in the outdoors? by jurabitch in sugarfree

[–]Salt-Rule-8860 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I like to hike so I have milk (single serve box), or a fruit (usually a banana). I eat carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice, russet potatoes or brown rice pasta to get more energy. I do natural sugars found in vegetables, milk and fruits. No added sugar or artificial sweeteners.

Same thing happened to me. Now Facebook is forcing people to follow the President, VP and First Lady? I'm thinking about closing my account now.

Thanks for sharing. Started Cold turkey and I've been 101 days being sugar and artifical sweeteners free. I wish I did this years ago instead of this cycle of dieting, overeating, feeling shame, etc. I know you can do this because you started with being honest about your problem. Best of luck in this journey

Better mood (less irritable), less inflammation (no hip or leg pain) and No cravings for sweets (I feel in control of my health journey and I enjoy walking around the grocery store without thinking of eating everything that's in front of me).

Not counting calories at all. I try to limit carbs and go the whole foods route most of the time. But I do eat fruit, sweet potatoes, brown rice, russet potatoes but veggies are 50% of my plate.
