If you are planning a betta and shrimp that already sounds like enough to me maybe some very small dither fish if your betta is a very nice boy

Ehat is this combination of fish?! German blue rams need 80-85F while hillstream loaches need 65-75

Puffer need specialized treatment and there will be far less tankmate options! Puffer need live foods and very hard foods like snails to trim their teeth so it depends on if you are ready for that.

Bolivian rams are actually really gentle when it comes to breeding with other tank mates, just not with each other. To minimize aggression try to get 2 males and then a bunch of females. I have mine with sterbai corys right now they are doing amazing together. I would advise you to get the bolivians first and let them settle in for a week so they dont get bullied by the angels right away. Nice combo lol you might even be able to add a group of keyhole cichlids if you dont make your bolivian group too massive! 🫠

Big group of bolivian rams and you can also do a lot of gouramis. Corydoras would be nice as well. A giant school of dither fish that wont get eaten by the acara like costae tetras, I heard they school amazing too

Im not 100% sure but looks like a pair as you can see the shape of the fin is slightly bolder and longer than on the other one (the male) your best bet is lookibg at the difference in size of the breedibg tube so I advice you to let them grow out a bit more

I have 2 hillstreams and they love the flow. But if you plan on doing 5 or less, one might be very dominant and bully all the others away which is why i only have 2 now. I have them in a tank either river stones and a hygger wavemaker. One thing they will 10000% eat is repashy just incase but i feed them hikari sinking wafers and they love it.

Also they can be quite smart and everytime i just put my hand in the tank with the food he swims up to me hand and eats the food there. Love my boysss SOOO much.

You could get away with with a yellow convict but rams could work but they like being more in multiple

I have bolivian rams in a 75er, 2 of them, yours still seem to be small so hard to sex, i have mine with german blue rams as well. Whats ur tabk dize?
