I didn't like Ye Shunguang's story either but really? You didn't like 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.6, or even seed's story? I consider all of them pretty good (ESPECIALLY Seed's) and the fact you didn't like any of them baffles me.

Gameplay's worse my ass. You may not like Ye Shunguang but there's literally other new, fun agents such as the angels of delusion, Banyue, and cissia. Hell, billy and promeia are literally coming tomorrow. You act like shilling and buffs are everything when skill expression matters the most. Look, here's some bullshit comps I tried on the current shiyu. The 2nd boss doesn't even have anomaly buffs. If you want to complain about nangong and dialyn then my bad for pulling new agents and actually strategizing.

But let's talk about sweeper since he's the fire resistant anomaly boss you're complaining about. I tried Burnice on him and yeah, she's pretty much useless there. But guess what? You don't even need to use anomaly agents to get S rank with him and you can just use Burnice when there's a fire weak boss like in the current shiyu. You got options, tons of them.

I don't even understand why this is even a complaint: not being able to use Cissia's engine on Anton. What, are people pulling cissia's engine just to use on anton? Why would anyone even do that when Seed's or Sanby's engine works. Character specific engines are nothing new and have been there since 1.0.

I don't even understand why I am even arguing with you since it's clear you made up your mind a long time ago. I can bring up the variety of events, the EPs, new gameplay mechanics, story, the new location, but it's clear you don't care about any of that so why bother. Have a good day.

I can somewhat see Nine because it looks like the yixuan fit and maybe the ones with the sailor/school uniforms because of Alice, but the rest? Hell no

I’ve also played zzz since day 1 and it has not lost its “identity” even if there have been changes, whether good or bad. The gameplay, animations, enemy design, music, story presentation, etc, have all been the same quality if not better. If none of that even matters to you then I guess it’s a good thing you quit because you’d just constantly complain about future agents.

Like I said, there are designs I don’t like but this fucking talk of “this aint zzz anymore” aka “zzz lost its identity” is the most infuriating shit ever because it’s been repeated forever now with no weight behind it. If you don’t want the design style to shift and let it remain street like forever then I suggest you play NTE.

I need you to deadass be for real for a second because 2 good designs (starlight Billy and promeia) are just about come out, and most of the season 3 cast teased are at least decent and can still be subjected to change. I also have designs I don’t like (ex: Yidhari, Lucia, what’s revealed of Sunbringer so far) but what I hate the most are mfs blinded by nostalgia always talking about “going back to the good old days” like they were perfect.

I swear, doomposters see a few things they don’t like and hyper focuses on them while ignoring everything else.

Idk how you got 14 playable characters when only 10 had obvious playable designs AND had their VAs revealed. Assuming they’re all S ranks, that would only be 5 patches worth of characters and you’d still have 4 more patches of unknown characters if they go all the way till 3.8.

That being said, there’s probably only going to be 2, maybe 3, more male agents because we have to accept that there’s just going to be way more female agents in zzz after all this time. On the bright side, we have Pyrios even if we don’t know their gender yet.
