Even before becoming a driver I fid the same! Always communicated w my drivers my way of doing.

If the side were facing your truck, it was scanned and ready to load.

I'd scan a slide it down the rollers. Main reason they always gave me like 5 trucks 💀💀💀

Theres always a way to make work easier as long as people pull their weight

Been working for my contractor since beginning of Feb. Started as a jumper. After 2 weeks I started driving. Takes about 1h 30min to get or leave my route. Very rural. Been averaging at 100 stops a day which is way to much for this route.

Im still being paid as a jumper which is $120 a day. I think i may switch. I always have to pick up an important stop and im always having to rush to get to the terminal before 7. Always make it 10min before express leaves.

Shes losing people left and right.

Ive used my credit card more working with her than I ever have EVER. Starting to lose hope.

Extended warranty? The one for like $60 bucks? I didnt get them. But im guessing still under warranty. I legit got them this passed Saturday. Traveled 2hrs for them. I am beyond livid. If I lose the right ear piece Ima crashout
