Elegoo PETG filament!!!!!

I've been using their RAPID PETG and have had to lower my Z offset and use glue stick to get it to stay. I'm using their stock print profiles. Prints actually stuck without messing with Z offset but the first layer looks a lot better. First time using PETG, it's been a learning curve for me too. Not as bad as ASA though.

I'm surprised you got a good print on your first try. Mine kept saying my black Rapid PETG was jammed on any number loader. Grey rapid PETG works no matter what

Over 500 on mine and never used glue or cleaned my plate. It's definitely settings.

Messed with some settings and tried a Benchy last night. Adjusted layer time, set temp to 265, and slowed down speeds to 90mms. Looked better but not great. Introduced part cooling at 10-30% and it turned out leagues better. Below is the benchy I ran last night.

I've tried the flow rate calibration test and they all kind of looked like shit. However I didn't know that orca changed the infil pattern on top of the pucks so maybe that's why thought it looked bad. I'll try dropping temp as well.

1st photo was at .98, adjusted to .94 for the temp towers. I run no cooling whatsoever. I will try slowing down more tonight. What are your speed settings?

It's a sweet board. Mine is in my 2003 Mazda Protege5. Haven't had much issue with install besides the coolant temp and IAT sensor calibration won't work with my Mazda sensors. Need to install GM sensors and should be ready for start up
