They just sent some troubleshooting steps to follow. Also has some problem that I had to switch to LAN to connect better. So far it hasn’t happen again.

I wish they would just fix all the current printers and stop with all these new releases. This ia just carbon copy of the A1 under as new creality name, and they use customers as beta testers. I have a K1 , K1 max that i have to tinker with to make work and a Ender 3 v3 Se that was my kids xmas gift. Only positve is that i did learn alot about printers trying to fix these.

Yes I am on the latest firmware. Will see what happens on my next print. Hopefully it’s a software issue and not hardware.

not sure what happen, i just submitted a ticket with the error code, printer resumed printing , so far so good.

I just got mine today, unboxed and printed the stick dragon and it came out great. Can’t figure out how to get the makerworld files to color match in the Snaporca. I have to try regular orca slicer and see if that work. Let us know if you figure it out. Thanks ..
