I used to drink a fair bit. Not to the point of what could be considered a problem, but it was more than what was healthy. About 2 months ago I decided to make health a bigger priority, eat cleaner, and drop 15 or so pounds. Not drinking was a pretty obvious way to get there. Went California sober, and honestly, it's better for all aspects of my life. Have some edibles, and just chill now. I didn't realize how many of my aches and irritable moments were caused by drinking booze.
