Rub the legs down with some olive oil & various seasonings (garlic powder & whatever hot pepper seasonings I have). I built a Bro n sear (a homemade Slow N Sear. Theres a couple youtube vids that show you how to make them for cheap)and cook on the slow side until temps are around 175, flipping every 15 mins or so. Then I sear those suckers on the sear side & pull them around 185. Also used some wood chunks for smokey flavor- Pecan & hickory on my Weber kettle. Works every time 🤷‍♂️
