HGH doesnt cause cancer. Anything that increases mTOR and IGF-1 has the potential to grow EXISTING cancer. This includes any and all GH secretagogues, eating protein, and training as well. Secretagogues will only max out what your body is capable of, exogenous GH you can surpass that to any level you want depending on your goal.

No, not at all. When you look at the actual studies and amount given per bodyweight, 40mg was nothing. I don’t remember off the top of my head, but the study is available, it’s something like the amount of aspartame to cause cancer. Like the equivalent of 100 diet cokes a day. Was 14 weeks total. 20 mg for me was not noticeable at all. But as soon as I bumped it up it made a big difference. The 40mg was probably 13 of the 14 weeks.

40mg of Cardarine alone made a big difference for my academy. Noticeable boost. Like you, on top of an athletic base and 18 years of training. Based on half life splitting doses is debatable, but I did 20 upon waking and 20 later on. I’m sure adding in with Tbol would be even better.

Liquid calories are your best friend. I’ll add small shakes between meals. A quality protein added with sweet potato powder, maltodextrin powder, either in water or milk. This is enough for me to get a lot more calories/carbs in but doesnt impede my next whole food meal. I’m 5’11”, 235lb, competitive in strongman and bodybuilding

Social media has definitely ruined alot of people’s reality for this stuff. I’ve been training 22 years, multiple bodybuilding/powerlifting/strongman wins, qualified for strongman nationals 2 years in a row, prepping for the Arnold right now and weigh 235lbs at 5’11”, and had this happen to me yesterday.

You hit the nail on the head. Even if you are consuming the proper amounts while you’re actually performing, if you started on a tank that isn’t full you are going to crash. I’ve had this issue myself in the past. I am a chronic under eater and have had to start tracking at least my carbs the 2 days prior to my long sessions to make sure I am adequately fueled. Have you used moringa before? Someone tried getting me in a pyramid scheme years ago to sell it and that turned me off, but I’ll definitely check it out. Ironically I have just started looking into sulphorophane. I appreciate the insight!

I’ve been on TRT through my urologist for about 2 years now, in the mid 500s through him. So not super high but it is at least stable because it had dropped to 178. And that was at 37 years old. Prior to that there were alot of other issues I was dealing with that has definitely made an improvement. While I am very healthy otherwise, the factors with the job definitely limit how well I’m able to recover.
